BJ Baji Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between BJ Baji ("we", "us", "the platform") and you ("the player", "you") in respect of all services provided through the BJ Baji website and any associated applications. The terms apply to casino games, live casino, sports betting, esports betting, bonuses, promotions and all other features available on the platform.

By creating an account on BJ Baji you enter into a binding agreement with us on the basis of these Terms. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your own records. These Terms apply alongside any specific rules or conditions that may be published for individual games, promotions or tournaments.

BJ Baji reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players through the platform or by the contact details on their account. Continued use of BJ Baji after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use BJ Baji you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BJ Baji is strictly an adults-only platform. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage players will be closed immediately.
• You must be registering for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended BJ Baji account. Each player is permitted one account only.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information. False details, including a false name, date of birth or contact number, are grounds for account closure.

BJ Baji does not permit use of the platform by professional players acting on behalf of syndicates, nor by any person using automated betting systems, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person. BJ Baji will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact the support team immediately via live chat. We will take steps to secure your account as quickly as possible.

BJ Baji may ask you to verify your identity at any point. This is standard practice to protect players and maintain the security of the platform. Verification may involve submitting a copy of a valid CNIC or other government-issued identity document, along with proof of your registered payment method. Withdrawal requests may be held pending verification in these cases.

Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. BJ Baji will attempt to contact you using your registered details before taking any action on a dormant account.

4. Deposits & Payments

BJ Baji accepts deposits in PKR through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets. The available options and any minimum or maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits are credited to your BJ Baji balance as quickly as the payment method allows. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically instant. Bank transfer times may vary depending on your bank's processing schedule.

• All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• BJ Baji does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Please check with your provider before depositing.
• Deposited funds that have not been used in betting or gaming activity may be returned to the original payment method upon account closure, subject to verification.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through the cashier section of your BJ Baji account. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible.

Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank. VIP players benefit from priority withdrawal processing with higher PKR daily limits.

• BJ Baji reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. This is for the protection of the player.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements attached to the relevant promotion having been met in full.
• Any withdrawal found to involve fraudulent, abusive or irregular play may be delayed or declined pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

BJ Baji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and sports betting promotions tied to events such as PSL, T20 internationals and other major cricket fixtures.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details.
• Time limit: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain unplayed beyond the expiry date will be forfeited.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, sports bets and certain other games may contribute at a lower rate. The specific contribution percentages are shown in the promotion details.
• Maximum bet: While a bonus is active, there may be a maximum single bet amount applicable. Exceeding this limit while playing with bonus funds may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated, only one bonus offer is active on an account at a time. Players must opt in to a promotion through the platform before qualifying activity begins.

BJ Baji reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before all eligible players have claimed it, we will honour claims submitted prior to the withdrawal notice.

7. Sports Betting Rules

BJ Baji offers sports betting markets on cricket, football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform:

• PSL and cricket: Match odds and in-play markets for Pakistan Super League fixtures, T20 internationals and bilateral series are offered subject to the specific rules for each market type. All bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.
• Bet acceptance: BJ Baji reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, particularly where a bet is unusually large, involves a potential payout that poses a risk to the platform, or where the market is suspended.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, incorrect odds publication, technical errors or events that fall outside the settled criteria of the market.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted and settled in real time. Once accepted by the system, an in-play bet cannot be cancelled by the player. Bets placed after the official result of the relevant event are void.
• Accumulator bets: If one selection within an accumulator is voided, the accumulator continues with the remaining selections at reduced odds.
• Maximum payout: Each market carries a maximum payout limit. Potential returns above this limit will be capped. The limit applicable to each market is shown at the time of placing the bet.

BJ Baji does not permit match fixing, manipulation of betting markets or any form of collusion. Any account found to be involved in such activity will be permanently closed and relevant information may be passed to appropriate authorities.

8. Casino & Live Casino

All casino games and live casino tables on BJ Baji use certified random number generation or real dealer dealing to determine outcomes. The return-to-player percentage for each game is set by the game provider and is not modified by BJ Baji.

BJ Baji acts as a platform operator and is not the manufacturer of the games offered. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the round will be voided and any stakes returned to your account balance. Interrupted sessions are recorded by our system and any discrepancy can be raised with the support team.

• Live casino games including Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack and game shows are subject to the rules displayed within each game interface.
• Chat functionality within live casino games must be used respectfully. Abusive, offensive or harassing messages directed at dealers or other players will result in chat access being revoked.
• Game history is stored and accessible within your account for a period of 90 days.

9. Player Conduct

BJ Baji expects all players to use the platform honestly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Use of any automated software, bot, script or tool to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities. Any bug found should be reported to the support team immediately.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Abusive, threatening or offensive language directed at BJ Baji staff or other players.
• Any activity that constitutes fraud, money laundering or any other illegal conduct.
• Attempting to use the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

Where an account is closed due to conduct issues, BJ Baji will review any remaining balance on a case-by-case basis. Funds derived from fraudulent or abusive activity will not be returned.

10. Responsible Gaming

To the maximum extent permitted, BJ Baji's liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant event.
